Position Overview: 

The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating an array of operational and marketing projects at the direction of the Studio Director. Projects and tasks will be geared towards ensuring the studio is operating smoothly and performing optimally.  

Reports To: Studio Director

Primary Duties:

  • Supports the Studio Host and Esthetics teams to ensure the studio runs smoothly and clients have an excellent experience
  • Works as a Studio Host when the schedule requires- estimated at 30% of time
  • Learns and fully utilizes the point-of-sale system to ensure seamless booking, check-in, and check-out process
  • Coordinates client follow-up program to generate increased client loyalty and return rate
  • Handles logistical responsibilities, including supply and inventory management, shipping, and vendor management 
  • Regularly updates and helps enforce operational guides to ensure consistency of operations as well as leads Secret Shopper program
  • Arranges new hire interviews, takes interview notes, and assists with onboarding of new employees
  • Coordinates marketing partnerships with other businesses
  • Works with the marketing team to coordinate marketing initiatives
  • Assists with new studio openings as needed
  • Follows all applicable regulations and laws

Job Qualifications:

  • Management and/or leadership experience with a team
  • Willingness to work in a start-up environment; flexible
  • Self-motivated and proactive; curious and engaged in the business
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Personable and professional demeanor 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer software skills (CRM, Excel, Word, Shopify, and MailChimp), etc.)

Hours to be Worked:

  • Full Time (30+ hours/week). Will grow with business demands.
