FAQs
What add ons do I have to pay extra for?
Nothing. Every treatment includes 2–4 advanced modalities — always built in, never an upcharge. Dermaplaning is only available in 50 Minute Facials and must be booked ahead of time to ensure proper tool preparation and treatment timing.
Can I request a specific treatment?
Your esthetician will assess your skin after double cleansing your skin, choosing what your skin needs in that moment. If you have preferences, just let us know and we’ll listen and adjust. If you would like dermaplaning included, please be sure to book ahead of time to ensure the proper tools are prepped and timing allows.
What’s the difference between a 30- and 50-minute facial?
The biggest difference is time — and how much our estheticians can accomplish for your skin in each session.
Our 30-minute facials are express treatments: a double cleanse followed by about two advanced modalities. They’re perfect for maintenance and keeping your skin balanced between deeper treatments.
Our 50-minute facials allow for more customization — typically a double cleanse and 3–5 advanced modalities, layered together based on your skin’s needs. Because some treatments, like dermaplaning, take longer, your esthetician will curate the right mix for your skin that day.
Both options are fully personalized — the difference is simply how much we can do in the time you have.
How often should I get a facial? What about HydraFacial?
For most clients, 3–5 weeks is ideal to keep skin on track and see consistent progress. Some benefit from coming in more, depending on your skin and goals.
HydraFacials can range from quarterly treatments to monthly sessions. The right cadence should always be a conversation with your esthetician — together we’ll map out an in-studio and at-home plan that keeps your skin moving forward.
Is it safe during pregnancy or postpartum?
Yes! Both your skin and your hormones can undergo intense changes during and after pregnancy, and we encourage you to continue to care for it during these changes, so you can always feel your best.
We have specialized protocols for pregnancy, breastfeeding, postpartum, hormonal changes, and more to ensure the safety of you and your baby!
Can I come in with an active breakout?
Absolutely. In fact, that’s when you should. We’ll treat inflammation safely and set you up with a clear plan forward.
