Cancellation Outside of 24 Hour Window

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Appointment
We understand that sometimes unforeseen conflicts arise. We balance that with the fact that we also have a responsibility to our team to fill their calendars with appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours and haven’t done so before, we will not charge you. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours and have done so before, your credit card on file will be charged $25 for a 30 minute facial cancellation or $45 for a 50 minute facial. If you reschedule your appointment within 14 days of the cancelled appointment, we will apply 50% of your cancellation fee to that appointment.
- If you are running late, please give us a heads up by calling us at 404-482-3596. We will do our best to accommodate you.
- If you arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled start time for a 30 minute facial, we will do an expedited facial. If you arrive within 20 minutes of your 50 minute facial start time, we will do an expedited facial. If you do not arrive within the prescribed times, we will charge the cancellation/no-show rate.
- If you do not show up for your appointment, your card on file will be charged $25 for a 30 minute facial or $45 for a 50 minute facial. That fee cannot be applied towards any future appointments.
Product Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
